CM Sukhu announced Rs 3 crore for a new hostel at Sujanpur Sainik School

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu today visited Sujanpur Tihra Sainik School in the Hamirpur district and inspected the ongoing repair work. He directed the Public Works Department officials to expedite these works.
He announced to give three crore rupees for the construction of a new hostel of the school and to increase the budget of the school. He said that a synthetic track will be arranged on the school grounds.
Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that the diet money of the students of Sainik School will be increased from Rs 10 to Rs 50 and provision for an ambulance for the school will also be made through the local MLA.
He said that the then Prime Minister Smt laid the foundation stone of Sujanpur Sainik School. Indira Gandhi and the Congress governments have played an important role in the development of Sujanpur.
Principal Group Captain Rachna Joshi and other officials welcomed the Chief Minister and apprised him of the various demands of the school.
On this occasion, Vice Chairman of State Planning Board Bhawani Singh Pathania, local MLA Captain Ranjit Singh Rana, Bhoranji MLA Suresh Kumar, Chief Minister’s Political Advisor Sunil Sharma Bittu, Deputy Commissioner Amarjit Singh, and other officials were present.
