CM and Deputy CM expresses grief over death of Army Jawan Baldev Chand

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has expressed grief over the death of L\D, Baldev Chand of 4 Rashtriya Rifles (Bihar) today, who had sustained injuries during an encounter with terrorists in Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir. Baldev Chand hailed from Village and Post Office Gangloh, Tehsil Jhanduta of Bilaspur district.

The Chief Minister said that Baldev Chand has laid down his life for security of  the country adding that we will ever remain indebted for his sacrifice. He said that the State Government stands with the aggrieved family members in this hour of grief and would provide all possible assistance to the affected family.

He prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has expressed grief over the martyrdom of Lance Dafedar Baldev Chand, a brave son of Gangloh village in Jhanduta tehsil of Bilaspur district.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that Baldev Chand made the supreme sacrifice while protecting the country and valiantly fighting terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. His bravery and sacrifice will always inspire the people of the state and the country.

He prayed for the peace of the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
