Children practiced yoga in Keonthal Convent Public School Junga
On International Yoga Day, children and teachers were made to practice yoga in the morning assembly under the leadership of teacher Anuradha Sharma at Kenthal Convent Public School, Junga. All the children participated in it with great enthusiasm.
The school’s principal M.K. Sharma said that yoga has a great importance in human life and by practicing it, children develop physically, mentally and intellectually. He said that to keep the body healthy, every person should take out some time and practice yoga daily, only then a healthy body can be imagined.
Teacher Anuradha Sharma advised the children to practice yoga every morning so that their concentration power increases and the foundation of their future becomes strong.
Teachers Suhani, Sunita Thakur, Pooja Jamwal, Neelam Sharma, Kalpana Sharma and Hitendra Sen participated in the yoga practice program along with the children.
