Children of Ludhiana’s Andheri school given training on tourism business

Students of class 11 and 12 of Government Senior Secondary School Ludhiana Andheri today gained practical knowledge of tourism and Aditya hospitality during a one day workshop at Manav Hill Resort near Haripurdhar. During this one day workshop, students were trained in various aspects of tourism business at Manav Hill Resort. During the workshop, students tried to understand the nuances of tourism by participating in various activities related to food arrangements, housekeeping, hospitality, hospitality, cleanliness and tourism business. During this one day program, students had a lot of fun by participating in cultural activities Sirmour Naatiya and Rasa dance at Manav Resort. During the workshop, trekking expert Praveen Thakur explained the method of setting up candidate tents to the students and told the nuances of trekking. On this occasion, Managing Director of Manav Hill Resort, Mela Ram Sharma, while sharing his experiences of tourism business with the students, said that due to natural beauty and clean air in Himachal Pradesh, there are immense possibilities of this business and under this business, students can make their lives interesting and more meaningful.

On this occasion, the vocational teacher of the school, Gopal Singh, said that Himachal Pradesh has immense possibilities of tourism development due to the arrival of lakhs of tourists from the country and abroad and the youth can get self-employment by joining tourism and can also provide employment opportunities to others. During the workshop, the teacher of the school, Neeraj Bala, also helped in maintaining discipline.
