Chief Secretary to continue hold charge of Power & Chairman of HPSEB

Chief Secretary R D Dhiman would continue to hold the charges of Mega power project, Power and Nonrenewable and Conservation of Energy sources and Chairman , H.P.  State Electricity Board Ltd.  a  notification issued by the Governor here today said. The  Onkar Chand Sharma , IAS ( HP : 1994 ) , Financial Commissioner – cum – Principal Secretary ( Revenue  ) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh  and Secretary ( Tribal Development )  also hold additional charge of the post of  Secretary ( Forests ) at Shimla .  R.D.  Nazeem , IAS ( HP : 1995 ) , Pr. Secretary ( Food , Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Transport ) and FC ( Appeals )  and MD , Ropeways & Rapid Transport System Development  Corporation H.P.  Ltd.  , Shimla , shall also hold adl charge of the post of Secy ( Industries and Social Justice Empowerment ). Dr.  Rajneesh , IAS ( HP : 1997 ) , Advisor ( Industries & Urban Affairs ) ,  New Delhi and Pr Secy ( Forests and Information Technology shall function as Advisor ( Industries)  & Urban Affairs ) ,  New Delhi and Pr Secy ( Rural Development & Panchayati Raj and Information Technology ) Shimla also hold the charge of Town & Country Planning and Tourism & Civil Aviation ) , Shimla  and adl charge of the post of Pr. Secy (Housing ) relieving  Akshay IAS ( HP : 2002 ) of  this adl charge .  Akshay Sood , IAS ( HP : 2002 ) , Secy ( Finance , Planning , Economics & Statistics ) Shimla , who is holding  adl charge of the posts of Divisional Commissioner , Kangra  at Dharamshala and Chairman , Appellate Tax Tribunal at Dharamshala , shall also hold the charge of the post of Secy ( Labor & Employment ) at Shimla .
