Himachal Pilot among killed MIG crash

Pilots who lost their lives in last night in MIG21 trainer aircraft in Barmer district of Rajasthan include Himachali Pilot  Wing Commander M Rana. A press release issued by the Airforce spokesperson said that Trainer aircraft crashed at Barmer district of Rajasthan last night in which both the pilot died . Rana hailed from Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Other Pilot died in the mishaps identified as  flight Lieutenant  Advitiya Bal from Jammu.

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has expressed grief over the demise of two IAF Pilots in IAF MiG-21 fighter Jet crash near Barmer in Rajasthan. Pilot Mohit of Mandi district was also martyred in this accident. The Chief Minister said that their exemplary services to the nation would always be remembered. The Chief Minister said that the people of the state are with the family of martyr Mohit in this hour of grief. The Chief Minister prayed for peace to the departed souls and extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
