Centre succeeds to curb the price rise : BJP defends Congress bye election campaign

The ruling  BJP came out in defense of frequent attacks made by the opposition over the skyrocketing of day to day essential commodities, fuel and edible oils prices during the byelection in the state claiming that BJP center rule succeeded to contain the inflation .
This was stated by the Chairman of Himfed Mr Ganesh Dutt while addressing a press conference here today.
Justifying the increase in the prices and inflation BJP leader said that during the Manmohan Singh rule in 2010 the price index rose by 11.99 per cent but during the 7 years of Modi rule in the centre the price index rose only by 6.62 per cent thus Modi government succeeded to contain in the price riser 
Defending the current trend of skyrocketing of inflation he said that it has happened due to the mismanagement of Congress and Corruption during their tenure however BJP has curbed price rise in its tenure moroeer he accepted that the country is passing through times due to Corona and it was responsible that inflation has taking place in the current rule.
Taking exception to Congress leaders remarks during the election campaign for bye election Mr Duttsaid that Congress working Committee leader Ms Asha Kumar has called Chief Minister Jai RamThakur Ravan(demon King of Lanka)  wsa unethical. 
Asking the opposition to seek apology or refrain from using such words in future Mr Dutt said that its leader have a habbit for using such remarks as AICC president Ms Sonia Gandhi termed Prime Minister Narindera Modi as ‘maut ka saudagar.
Defending Jai Ram Thakur for using state Helicopters during the election campaign in the bye election Mr Ganesh Dutt said that Mr Mukesh Agniohotri was take exception over use of Helicopter by the CM.
BJP leader said that Congress chief ministers during the power travels in Helicopters like Bullock Carts. 

He said that their leader Major Mankotia also objected to their use of helicopter and alleged them that they spent an amount of 111 crore for helicopter usage. I think congress should justify the same.

He further said that the centre government and the state government has worked in favour of thegeneral public by providing them benefits of various social welfare schemes.
