Case of firing near Bilaspur court surfaced, situation like jungle raj in the state: Bindal
BJP State President Dr Rajiv Bindal said that hooliganism of friends is going on in Himachal under the protection of the government.
One after another incidents are coming to light in Himachal Pradesh which include incidents like murder, rape, extortion, molestation, atrocities against women, attacks with weapons in broad daylight, murder of government employees, etc., if these incidents start happening then it will be evening by then.
He said that a case of firing has come to light near Bilaspur court in Himachal Pradesh. This is a shocking case, never before in the history of Himachal has the law and order situation been so bad, firing outside a court is in itself a big sign of protection.
Taking aim at the hooliganism prevailing in the Congress rule, Bindal said that a youth has been injured due to a bullet shot. After the firing, the police reached the spot. The injured was referred to the local hospital and then AIIMS for treatment. According to the information, Saurabh Patiyal, the main accused in the attack on former Congress MLA Bamber Thakur, had come to the court for hearing with his companions. During this time, unknown people fired several rounds of bullets at Patiyal. It is being told that the accused ran towards the court after firing the bullets. The glass panes of the vehicles were also broken due to the bullets.
He said that the situation in the state is like jungle raj, how will the Chief Minister of a state who can kidnap a worker of his own party handle the state. The law and order situation in the entire state is bad and the government is completely responsible for this.
