Bomb Threats Target Shimla Schools After Government Offices in Himachal
After recent bomb threats to government establishments in Himachal Pradesh, now schools have become the target. Three prominent schools in Shimla, the state capital, have received bomb threats via email. Following these alarming messages, bomb disposal squads conducted thorough search operations at all three schools. So far, no suspicious items have been found.
One of the schools in Dhali area of Shimla received a threatening email, prompting the school administration to evacuate all classrooms immediately. The bomb squad then carried out a detailed search of the entire campus. Around 11:45 AM, after the inspection, students were allowed back into their classrooms. Similar threats were also received by reputed schools in Sanjauli suburb and Cart Road area of Shimla. The school authorities promptly informed the police, who began investigations on the spot. Although nothing suspicious was found, the situation caused panic among students and staff for a while.
