Body of DC Kinnaur Amit Kumar Sharma’s, Missing Father Found in Hadsar Nala
The body of Bhani Sharma (67), father of DC Kinnaur Amit Kumar Sharma, who had been missing since September 7 during the Manimahesh Yatra, was discovered in a severely mutilated state in the Hadsar Nala. Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the site and took possession of the body. It appeared to have been mauled by wild animals.
Due to the condition of the body, it was taken to Chamba Medical College for identification, where family members were called in. They confirmed the body as that of Bhani Sharma. The police are currently completing the necessary legal formalities. DSP Headquarters Jitendra Chaudhary confirmed the recovery. Earlier rumors about the missing person’s bag and shoes being found in Amritsar were proven false.
Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has expressed grief over the death of Bhani Sharma, father of Deputy Commissioner Kinnaur Dr. Amit Sharma, who had gone for the Manimahesh pilgrimage. He was 67.
The Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
