Blue Pine Eco Club launched cleanliness drive in Kufri
With the aim of making the environment clean and pollution-free, the Blue Pine Eco Club of Government Senior Secondary School, Kufri, started a plastic neutrality campaign on Friday. To realize the theme of Beat Plastic Pollution, the school eco club took out a rally from the school campus to Kufri Bazaar and Chinese Bungalow and collected plastic waste.
During the rally, all the people were made aware about the harm caused by plastic. On this occasion, the school principal Naresh Kumar encouraged all the students to start the plastic neutrality campaign effectively and collect plastic waste. The principal said in his address that the collected plastic waste will be disposed of in coordination with the local body.
On this occasion, school’s Eco Club in-charge Lata Sharma, Ranveer Mathematics lecturer, Jeet Ram Hindi lecturer, Satish Kumar Banstu Economics lecturer, Virendra Pratap DPE, Deepak Chauhan, Sarita Sharma, Sarika, Monica and Kiran Thakur were present.
