BJP’s state working committee meeting to be held in Una will be a big meeting: Dr. Sikander
BJP’s Una district office is busy preparing for an important and big event these days. BJP’s state working committee meeting is going to be held here on 18-19 July. This meeting is an important occasion for the party, in which officials and leaders from different areas of the state will participate.
Amidst the preparations going on in the party office, state president Dr Rajiv Bindal held a review meeting with the heads of arrangements on Wednesday. In this meeting, necessary guidelines were given to run various arrangements smoothly. The purpose of the meeting is to ensure that all the arrangements are completed without any problem and the meeting can be organized successfully.
Party General Secretary Dr. Sikandar Kumar informed that the state working committee meeting to be held on July 19 will be a big meeting, in which about 800 delegates will participate. Apart from this, a meeting of state officials will also be held on July 18, in which about 70 officials will participate. This meeting will start at four in the evening and will continue till late night.
The meeting on July 19 will begin at 9 am after breakfast. There will be a break for lunch and the meeting will end over evening tea. Union Minister and former Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, National Vice President Saudan Singh, and BJP state in-charge Shrikant Sharma will also be present in this meeting.
Dr. Sikandar Kumar said that all the party officials and leaders are fully engaged in the preparations of the meeting. With a view to the event, various arrangements have been divided into different committees, and the responsibility of these committees has been handed over to different officials. The senior officials of the party are constantly reviewing the preparations of these committees so that there is no shortcoming in the event.
The party has made extensive preparations to organize the meeting successfully. Various arrangements have been ensured through various committees. The party has taken all necessary steps keeping in mind arrangements like security, accommodation, food, and transportation.
