BJP’s Operation Lotus has flopped in Himachal: Harsh Vardhan Chauhan

Industries Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan has said that BJP’s Operation Lotus has flopped. He said that the way BJP tried to destabilize the state Congress government, it had to face defeat. Congress will hoist the flag of victory in all four Lok Sabha seats of the state as well as in six assembly by-elections.
Addressing a press conference at the state Congress office Rajiv Bhawan today, Harsh Vardhan Chauhan said that the Congress government in the state has a full majority and the Sukhu government will complete its tenure. He said that Congress will win this election based on its achievements in the last 15 months.
Harsh Vardhan Chauhan said that the Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu government has created history by fulfilling the guarantee of OPS of the employees in its first cabinet meeting. He said that the second guarantee of Rs 1500 has been started for women from Lahaul Spiti district. He said that this process had been started in other districts of the state also, but BJP has stopped it. It is clear from this that BJP is not women-friendly.
Harshvardhan Chauhan said that the state government has sanctioned 22 thousand posts during its 15-month tenure. He said that the government has guaranteed to provide one lakh jobs which it will complete during its tenure.
Harsh Vardhan Chauhan said that Congress had given the guarantee of opening day boarding schools in all the assembly constituencies of the state, till now the work is in progress in 45 out of 68 assembly constituencies. Similarly, while expanding health services in the state, model hospitals have been opened where specialist facilities are available. He said that the Congress government will fulfill all its guarantees under any circumstances.
Harsh Vardhan said that for the first time in the state, more than one lakh revenue cases were resolved in the revenue courts. He said that the Congress government of the state is fulfilling the aspirations of the people considering public interest as paramount.
Harsh Vardhan Chauhan said in response to a question that no Congress MLA is going to join the BJP now. He said that the Congress MLAs who have turned the tables have broken the trust of the people of the state, especially the people of their assembly constituency who had sent them to the Assembly by voting on the Congress ticket. He said that the people of the area will never forgive him for this betrayal and he will have to face a crushing defeat in these by-elections.
