BJP still forcing Self Help Groups and women organizations to attend party political events 

Mandi Local Committee of CPI(M) blamed BJP leaders that they are forcing women: ‘s self-help groups and other organizations to attend it political rallies and functions.

In a statement issued today  CPI(M) local committee member Shakuntala Devi and secretary Mahendra Rana said in a press release.

The party unit condemns the saffron party for the way it was pressing government employees, Self Help Groups, and Mahila Mandals to attend BJP rallies.

They were accused of issuing directions from the party office.

Nowadays, when there is a Congress government in the state it shows that after the political debacle, it didn’t learn anything.

The Party unit said that they have information that employees working in various departments are still openly working for the BJP and are misusing the government money and power.

They exposed that there was a rally of former Chief Minister Shri Jai Ram Thakur in the district yesterday. Various self-help groups were invited from the BDO to come to the Block Office, whereas, in reality, women were called for the BJP rally.

 CPI(M) expresses deep concern over the government machinery working for a particular party. And at the same time, Congress also expresses concern over the government’s negligence and crippled system. 

They also accused some officials of misusing the government money of the National Rural Livelihood Mission for the political end of the BJP. 

The Party said that after ten months of transition in power, some shortlisted People hailed to BJP-RSS background are being trained under  NRLM  as the state government has no control over this.

CPI(M) demands that such type of working system should be stopped soon and instructions should be issued to employees associated with the BJP that the money of the government machinery should not be used for serving a political party.

They said that state funds should be utilized strictly for public welfare and at the time of disaster government officials should focus on restoring normal completely disrupted public infrastructure and schemes in the entire Saraj area. 

The party also accused the official of remaining fail to utilise funds under MNRAGA and non-payment of wages to MNRAGA workers in the district.
