BJP state president election announced, nomination on June 30 and announcement on July 1
BJP Election Officer Dr. Rajiv Bhardwaj while addressing a press conference at Deep Kamal Chakar said that our party believes in democratic tradition and under it the election of the national and state president is held in a democratic process across the country. Under the leadership of our National Election Officer K Laxman, booth, mandal, district and state council elections have been completed across the country. In which elections have been completed in more than 8000 booths, 171 mandals and 17 districts in Himachal Pradesh. There are 114 delegates in Himachal Pradesh whom we can also call voters for the election of BJP State President and National Council. We have published the notification of the election, time table and voter list in the BJP headquarters.
Dr Rajiv Bhardwaj said that the election of the BJP State President and 8 National Council members in Himachal Pradesh has been declared, whose notification we have issued. Nominations of the State President and National Council members will be taken on 30 June 2025 at the BJP headquarters Deep Kamal Chakar from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm, these nomination papers will be scrutinized from 2 to 3 pm and if more than one nomination comes, then the time for its withdrawal has been fixed from 3 to 5 pm.
He informed that on July 1, the official announcement of the state president and eight national council members will be made by Union Minister Jitendra Singh at 11:00 am at Hotel Peterhoff Shimla.
During this time, co-election presidents Dr. Rajiv Sahajal and Sanjeev Katwal were present along with Rajiv Bhardwaj.
