BJP president paid floral tributes to Former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh at Ridge

BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda paid floral tributes to the former chief minister Virbhadra Singh at Ridge Maidain here this  nooon Mr Singha died after prolonged illness on Thursday.
The mortal remains of Mr Singh was drapped in tricolour and brought to Ridge Ground at 0900 hrs for the public tributes, Mr Singh body was kept from 0900 to 1130 hrs at the Ridge where large number of his supporters and general public paid floral tributes before his mortal remains.
Among the prominent who offered floral tributes are former Union minister and BJP president Mr Jagat Prakash Nadda, Chief Minister Jai Ram thakur member of his council of ministers.
Mr Nadda also offered floral tributes to Ms Singh on behast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mr Nadda interacted with wife of Mr Singh Ms Pratibha Singhand consoled the family members on  the tragic loss of former CM.
Interacting with media person Mr Nadda said that he came to met Mr Singh at IGMC five days back but unfortunately Mr Singh not recovered after suffeirng  twice from Covid infection.
Mr Nadda said that despite having different political ideology they have cordial relation with each other when Mr Singh became Chief Minister in 1993 he was leader of Opposition and he learned lot from Mr Singh’s public life.
Terming Mr Singh a big stalwart of the state Mr Nadda said that state lost a towering personality whom people of state loved to much. He termed demise of Mr Singh a great loss to this hill state.
The mortal remains of Mr Singh taken to Rajiv Bhavan at Congress  stateheadquarter where partyh workers would give tributes to former Chief Ministertill 1300 hrs. 
  Latter Union Minister also interacted the family members of Former BJP minister and MLA of Jubbal Kotkhai Mr Narinder Bragata and he consoled the son Mr Chetan Bragata and daughter inlaw and other family member and others . Mr Nadda also met with Haryana desinated Guv and incumbent Guv of Himachal Pradesh Mr Bandaru Datatrya at Rajbhavan Shimla.
