BJP MLAs greets PM Modi to increase subsidy on LPG
BJP MLA Balbir Singh Verma greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi for helping poor people by providing them additional Rs 300 subsidy on LPG Cylinder under the Ujjwal Yojana.
A press release issued here today by Mr. Verma stated that the Union government has given relief for the poor people by increasing the subsidy of Rs 300 on the LPG cylinder during the Union cabinet meeting yesterday.
He said that Now under the Ujjwala scheme, the subsidy on one cylinder from the government will increase to Rs 300 which would be additional to a subsidy of Rs 200 on one cylinder announced on August 30, 2023.
He said that the Congress government in the state is giving a flip to inflation as it has made diesel dearer and increased the charges of PDS items.
He said that many hundreds of outsourced employees were fired by the state government as even people who served the public during the Covid crisis are not being spared and are fighting with the state government on the streets to save their jobs.
