BJP MLA & Vidhan Sabha Deputy speaker slap students in class room

Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Deputy speaker Hans Raj slapped a student  when he was addressing them in a classroom yesterday in Government Senior Secondary school Rela at Churah in Assembly constituency of BJP MLA. Mr Hansraj’s Vedio shoot by some media person outside of class room showed him in rage and rushing to slap a student inside as he was laughing during his address. MLA seems to be giving moral lecture how students should come to school without carrying mobile phones. He confronted some students to check their mobile phones. The Students were sitting on the carpet sheet and classroom appears to be shabby. It is worthwhile to mention that recently BJP leaders are challenged by Delhi Deputy Chief minister Manish Sisodia for competing NCR on the model Education. Party OSD Trilok Jamwal condemned Mr Sisodia over issuing challenge by quoting National Development index inwhich state was adjudged second after Kerala for the Primary Education. The issues likely to hit the ruling party during the election time with this slap incident and Deputy Speaker was being asked by opposition parties and children welfare organisation to concede public apology as the MLA couldn’t expected to slap and show anger on the students while he was informally interacting with them.Alobe Chauhan chief pattern of Himachal Jawahar Bal Munch has lodge Complaint to SP Chamba . He said that slapping a student and threatening issued by Deputy speaker inside the classroom is unfortunate. He said that Deputy speaker should tender resignation for his conduct and behaviour  infront of students and he should expressed apology to students. He said that MLA seems to be furious over recent Protest of parents and students against the government over shortage of teacher in the school. The MLA was also facing Soical media condemnation over this incident.
