BJP disrespects Devbhumi by referring its workers as Tridev : Cong

The ruling BJP was lashed out by the Opposition Congress today for alleged arrogance of disrespecting Devbhumi Himachal by referring party workers as ‘Tridev’ terming it a sacrilicious attempt to challenge institution of gods and goddess in state. Alleging that it is hurting sentiment and faith of people Congress leader Mr Mukesh Agnihotri said during a media interaction here today. ” BJP seemed to have lost mental faculty after naming party booth level agents as ‘Tridev ‘as  the words is used for the Brahma, Vishun and Mahesh. People of Himachal Pradesh would not tolerate such reference to the party workers however the institution of gods and goddess is above the narrow political interests, Congress leader stressed stating that Chief Minister and party president were addressing such Tridev Public meetings in the state.
