Bhavya secured third position in the district in the scholarship examination
Bhavya Sharma, a brilliant student of Government High School, Dhali, Junga tehsil, has proved her talent by securing third position in the entire Shimla district in the Golden Jubilee State Junior Merit Means Scholarship Examination. With this achievement, Bhavya Sharma has become eligible to receive a scholarship of Rs. 1,80,000 for the next three years. Rakesh Verma, Principal of Government High School, Dhali, said that Bhavya Sharma has recently passed the sixth grade from this school. Upon passing this examination, Bhavya will receive a scholarship of Rs. 4,500 per month in the sixth grade, Rs. 5,000 in the seventh grade and Rs. 5,500 per month in the eighth grade.
He stated that Bhavya’s achievement has brought honor to the school and the region. He explained that Bhavya Sharma has passed the exam twice under the SJMMS scheme. Eleven students from Shimla district passed this exam, with Bhavya Sharma securing third place in the district. He added that Bhavya’s elder sister, Aarushi Sharma, is also a tenth-grade student at Dhali High School. Aarushi has also received a scholarship through the National Merit Medal. It is noteworthy that Bhavya Sharma, from Thund Karauli village in Satlai Panchayat, is the daughter of Balkrishna Sharma, a farmer, and her mother is a homemaker. School in-charge Rakesh Verma, teachers Ashish Sharma, Poonam, Anju Bedi, Anil Sharma, Satyanand Sharma, Mukesh Jaswal, and Primary Wing in-charge Hemavati Thakur, Shivani Sharma, and Premlata congratulated Bhavya Sharma and wished her a bright future.
