Baldeniya got first place in group singing and Mashobra got first place in solo singing
Various music related competitions were organized last night during the Under 14 block level sports competition going on for the last two days at Government Senior Secondary School Peeran. In which RPS Baldeniya got first place in group singing and Government Senior Secondary School Koti got second place. Similarly, MES Mashobra got first place and Koti School got second place in solo folk singing and RPS Baldeniya got first place and Government Senior Secondary School W.B.L.U. got second place in one act play. Koti School and HD Public School Janedghat jointly got first place in solo classical singing and MPS Mashobra got second place.
Sports in-charge Nandlal Sharma said that in the chess competition, Government Senior Secondary School stood first and Janeddhaat School stood second. Similarly, in Judo, Mashobra stood first and Koti School stood second.
Retired senior manager of State Bank of India Mohan Verma attended the program as the chief guest. He donated 11 thousand rupees from his personal account to the tournament organizing committee and Sushma Sankhyan, a teacher of Balag school, donated 31 hundred rupees.
Managing Secretary and Principal Devendra Chauhan expressed her gratitude to the Chief Guest and other dignitaries for their creative support in the tournament.
On this occasion former head Atar Singh Thakur, Dayaram Verma, SMC head Neeraj Thakur, Daulat Ram Verma along with principals, physical teachers and players from various schools were present.
