Auckland House School for Girls Establishes Interact Club to Promote Youth Leadership and Community Service

Auckland House School for Girls formally installed the Interact Club of Leading Auckyites today, marking a significant step toward nurturing youth leadership and community engagement within the institution. The initiative, guided by Rotary International and its associated Rotary Clubs, has garnered remarkable enthusiasm, with 170 students enrolling as members during its inception.

The Interact Club has been envisioned to instill essential values of leadership, civic responsibility, and global understanding among students. Through structured community service programmes and collaborative outreach activities, the club aims to encourage young girls to become active contributors to the welfare of society.

The installation ceremony was attended by the mentoring Rotarians who will be providing support and guidance to the newly formed club:

The school expressed confidence that the Interact Club will serve as a dynamic platform for students to channel their energies into purposeful endeavours, while strengthening their sense of empathy, discipline, and teamwork.

The newly inducted Young Interactors are expected to undertake various social initiatives in the forthcoming months, further reinforcing the school’s longstanding commitment to holistic education and community advancement.
