Ashimit became Mr. Fresher and Diksha Parashar became Miss Fresher at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth University

 A fresher’s party was organized for the newly admitted students in the session 2023-2024 at Lingayas Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University. In which the second year students gave a party to the first year students of the college. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Institute Chancellor Dr. Picheshwar Gadde, Registrar Prem Kumar Salwan, Academic Dean Professor Dr. Seema Bushra and Dinesh Sadana.
Chancellor Dr. Picheshwar Gadde welcomed the newly admitted students to the University and inspired them to work hard, be determined and reach greater heights in life. He said this is a time of development and exploration. You’ll face new challenges, make new friends, and have experiences that will shape you into the person you will become. He said this is the time to embrace new opportunities, learn from our mistakes and never stop moving forward.
On this occasion, first year students presented various colorful programs – solo song, group song, solo dance, group dance and ramp walk. Ramp walk was the main center of attraction. Which was completed in three rounds and Mr. Fresher and Miss Fresher were selected. On this occasion, Pawan Kumar from School of Commerce and Management, Dr. Rajni Gaud from School of Education and Pooja Ahuja, Head of Admission, acted as judges on the occasion.
On this occasion, Ashimit was chosen as Mr. Fresher and Diksha Parashar as Miss Fresher, Sahil as Mr. Confident, Manya as Best Smile, Khushi Tanwar as Best Dressed Girl, Karthik as Best Dressed Boy, Janvi as Best Walk Girl and Bhaskar as Best Walk Boy. The cooperation of Dr. Bindiya, Dr. Smriti Mahajan, Rajendra Kol, Bindu Sharma, Sandeep Kol and Dr. Dinesh in successfully organizing the program was commendable.
