Another security breech tight security fortess 

Jai Ram Thakur Government is fail to ensure the security of national importance monuments as security breech confirmed in the police fortess at Tapovan Vidhan Sabha Complex by anti-national elements who left  littered with walls righting and Hoisting of Prokhalistan flags on it . The state police also found clueless about similar recent incidents have tarnished its image by allowing to create anti-national activities and breaching of communal harmony in the peaceful state. The state, BJP government and police which is yet to come out clean in its police recuritment scam was woke from Nelson sleep today as it alarmed by a complainant Ram Chand alias Ajay Kumar s/o  Subhash Chand resident of village Kaned, Tehsil Dharamshala, District Kangra that Anti-national activities are going in high-security police fortess at Tapovan the venue of Winter Session Vidhan Sabha near Dharmshala. A press release issued by the Police spokesperson here today confirmed the incident that Prokhalistan banners and Wall writing was inscripted in Gurumukhi script there in outer boundary of Vidhan Sabha. On the basis of this Complaint a FIR was registered under section 153-A, 153-B IPC and sec 3 of HP Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1985 at  Police Station Dharmshala. Now Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu constitued a Special Investigation Team to be headed by Santosh Patial, DIG-Intelligence & Security, Dharamshala consisting of Puneet Raghu, Addl. SP Kangra, Sh. Chander Paul, SDPO Jawalaji,  Sushant Sharma,  Dy.SP CID Mandi, Sidharath Sharma, SDPO, Jawali , SHO Dharamshala and Incharge Police Post, Yol for the investigation of this case. The SIT has also been directed to contact with the State and Central Intelligence agencies to unearth the Inter-State and International linkages, if any.  Terms of Reference (TOR) of the SIT are to take up the investigation of above mentioned case immediatelyand will carry out professional and impartial investigation to ensuretransparency in the investigation of the case. The Chief of the SIT will directeinvestigation in professional way without loss of time. The SIT would investigate the above case thoroughly & expeditiously to meetthe ends of justice and would update the Police Headquarters with regard to theprogress of investigation periodically. On May 6 a FIR was also lodged at Kangra district on paper leak case in the state police questions paper forcing State government to cancel the examination which was attended by around 72000 candidate. State police remained in thick controversy like Hooch tragedy in which seven people lost their lives , Una illegal fire crackers factory blast in which thirteen workers died from burn injuries, Police cops and fake Central agencies cops were found openly extorting money from industrialist in the state and cops were indulged in street fights in presence of VIIP and a bully Blue-eyed cops in uniform indulged in corruption and skipping police interception.
