Now BJP’s voice became louder asking where the false guarantees went and the statements made by Congress leaders in public that one lakh government jobs and 5 lakh employment will be provided in the first cabinet, etc. Seeing its credibility deteriorating, Shri Sukhwinder Sukhu government placed a white paper in the Legislative Assembly and said that the BJP government has left a debt of Rs 70 thousand crores, the treasury is empty, hence the guarantees cannot be fulfilled.
The truth of the white paper also came out in front of the public that out of Rs 70 thousand crore, Rs 50 thousand crore belongs to the Congress party governments and then Shri Sukhwinder Singh government started taking loans all at once and in 15 months the government spent Rs 15 thousand crore. Took a loan of Rs. This strategy of the government also failed. God also became angry and suddenly disaster struck the state. Now instead of serving the public in the disaster, they started cursing the BJP that the Central Government is not giving money. That lie also came in front of the public. Only in disaster relief, thousands of crores of rupees and 21 thousand houses were given to the state government by the Modi government at the center, which is being misused by the Congress government and it has also been revealed that one lakh crore rupees were spent on the construction of roads, MNREGA, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, welfare. The public came to know that thousands of crores of rupees were coming to the state for water, rural roads, drinking water, sewerage, urban and rural development and the Congress government was exposed.
All the development works were stopped by the state government, the open institutions were closed, the public started crying incessantly. As a result, 9 MLAs (6 Congress and 3 Azad) raised the alarm against the government. For the first time in the history of the country, a government of 40+3 MLAs stood in minority with 34 out of 68. In just 15 months, the entire leadership of the Congress and the government failed miserably. Now, to save the government which is hanging on the hands of Congress, cabinet posts are being distributed indiscriminately. Now there is no loan, no shortage of money, no cars, no bungalows. Now the government has to be saved somehow, this is the only step.
The issue of guarantee of Rs 1500 per month to women was raised a lot and when Lok Sabha elections came, once again the box of guarantees was opened.
