Annual award distribution ceremony of Narakas under the chairmanship of SJVN
Today, the annual official language award distribution ceremony and half-yearly meeting of the City Official Language Implementation Committee (NARACAS) , Shimla (Office-2), formed under the chairmanship of SJVN Limited, was organized in the premises of SJVN Limited. On this occasion, Mrs. Geeta Kapoor, Director (Personnel) , SJVN Shri Sushil Sharma , Director ( Projects ) , SJVN Shri Chandra Shekhar Yadav, Head of Department (Hon.) , SJVN was present.
During this meeting, he was also honored with Narakas Official Language Shield for the best official language performance in the member offices . These awards were presented by Smt . Geeta Kapoor , Director (Personnel) , SJVN. Based on the number of offices, the awards have been divided into three categories namely Government Offices and Financial Institutions , Public Undertakings and Banks category. 5 awards have been assured in each category. First Prize – Shri Sushil Sharma , Director ( Projects ) on behalf of SJVN Limited , And received by Shri Nidheya Gupta , Senior Divisional Manager on behalf of Life Insurance Corporation of India and Shri R.S.Amar , Regional Director on behalf of Reserve Bank of India . The second prize went to Employees Provident Fund Organization , Food Corporation of India and UCO Bank. While the third prize was given to the Chief General Manager , Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Union Bank of India. State Bank of India and NABARD were honored with incentive awards.
On this occasion , the second issue of the official language home magazine ” Himsamvad ” was also released by Mrs. Geeta Kapoor , Director (Personnel) , SJVN . The objective of publishing the magazine is to promote the creativity and creative interest of the member offices as well as to promote the official language Hindi. The entire responsibility of publishing this magazine has been undertaken by SJVN Limited.
In her address , Mrs. Geeta Kapoor said that all the member offices are doing commendable work in their respective offices and should maintain the same pace and make every possible effort to complete maximum work in Hindi. On this occasion, members of the member offices of Narakas Chief and senior officers of SJVN were present.
Narakas It has been formed by the Government of India to increase the use of the official language Hindi in central government offices , undertakings and banks . In the meetings of Narakas , the use of Hindi in these institutions is reviewed and discussions are held towards achieving the goals set by the Government of India .
