AIIMS, girl did not get treatment, referred, inaugurated half-completed AIIMS due to elections: Surjit Thakur
Aam Aadmi Party’s state president Surjit Thakur accused the BJP’s double engine government of inaugurating the half-completed AIIMS and said that till now people are not getting treatment facilities in AIIMS. He said, referring a girl who came to AIIMS for treatment ahead of AIIMS for treatment is telling its reality. Which proves that there is no treatment facility in AIIMS of Bilaspur, the country’s largest health institute. Patients are being referred for treatment from big hospital to small hospital. Which proves that the construction of AIIMS is not complete yet. Fearing his defeat in the elections, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur even got the half-completed AIIMS inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Which is a direct betrayal of the public. The people of the state have made up their mind for change so that they are not going to be misled by these false openings of Jai Ram Sarkar.
Surjit Thakur said that patients coming for treatment in AIIMS are facing problems. Even the tests of patients suffering from serious illness are not being done. The contract for the test was given to a private lab where the report is coming after three and four days. Due to which patients are not getting treatment at the right time. At present, doctors have not been appointed in AIIMS and neither are the complete equipments for treatment. Without doctors and equipment, it is not possible to get treatment for the patients. But Jairam Sarkar is misleading the public to loot false accolades. Surjit Thakur said that Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has not done anything for the development of the state for five years. Now at the time of elections, thousands of crores of foundation stones are being laid daily. Jairam should tell the public how much work has been completed for the five years he has laid the foundation stone. There is no money in the treasury of the state government to pay salaries and pension to the employees. Jai Ram Thakur should tell the public from where will this budget for thousands of crores of foundation stones come from. Surjit Thakur said that Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur is making announcements to mislead the public which is never going to be fulfilled. The people of the state know that it is the habit of the BJP leaders to do ‘jumlebaazi’ during elections. Now the people of the state are not going to be misled by the false announcements made by Chief Minister Jai Ram.
