AHS Girls Qualify for Nationals After Silver Win at North Zone Volleyball
Dominates Delhi and Ludhiana in U-19 Category; Continues to Elevate Himachal’s Sporting Legacy
In a remarkable display of athleticism and teamwork, Auckland House Girls’ School, Shimla, brought laurels to Himachal Pradesh by winning the silver medal in the Under-19 category at the CISCE North Zone Volleyball Championship, held at Aadarsh School, Karnal. Competing against top teams from across the region, the Auckland girls emerged as fierce contenders, defeating NCR Delhi and Ludhiana with clean 2-0 victories in both matches.
The school’s Under-17 team also put up an impressive performance, securing the 4th position, highlighting the school’s depth in sports talent.
The standout moment came as four players from the Under-19 team were selected to represent the CISCE North Zone at the National Championship.
