Agitating on indecent remark by ruling MLAs Cong walkout

Opposition Congress party agitated over alleged indecent remarks by the minister against opposition member on the 11th day of the budget session of the Legislative Assembly here today.
 During the discussion on budget estimates alleging   discrimination in Jal Jeevan Mission Congress MLA Pawan Kajal demanding a clarification from the ministers in the House. MLA stated that  nothing has been allotted in the Jai Ram government in his Assembly segment moreover the Jal Shakti Department have approved  one thousand crore rupees for channelization of Swan river under the previous Congress government. On this, Jal Shakti Minister Mahendra Singh got furious and refering the member(you) misleading house by placing wrong facts in the house. 
On this, the Mukesh Agnihotri protested and said that minister should not address the honourable MLA by referring him ‘ you’ as he elected representative of the people. On this, there was a heated argument between Minister  and Leader of Opposition and both of them came to blow against each other there was a ruckus in the house. Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri pointed that ‘you’ would not be dignified word wouldn’t not part of this House. All Congress MLAs with him stood on their seats and started shouting slogans. Opposition MLA staged walkout from the house after coming down on the well of house. Earlier, during the discussion on the budget estimates, Congress MLA Pawan Kajal made allegations against various departments for not doing any work in his Assembly. On this, Animal Husbandry Minister Virendra Kanwar and Food Supplies Minister Rajendra Garg rejected the allegations of the Congress MLA, defending their department. The Jal Shakti Minister also said that under the Jal Jeevan Mission, he has not discriminated against any section. On this, Leader of Opposition Agnihotri challenge the minister to bring a white paper on Jal Jeevan Mission in the House. Mohinder Singh said that the opposition has given complete information about whatever question has been asked and whatever information they want will be given in full.
