After removal from the post of Chief Secy, Anil Khachi takes premature retirement

Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Anil Kumar Khachi who was removed from his post and appointed as State Election Commissioner today placed under premature retirement on his request.
A notification issued by the Additional Chief Secretary Personal said that Guv of Himachal Pradesh order the retirement of Anil Kumar Khachi ( 1986 batch IAS) Chief Secretary in the Govt of Himachal at his onw request with effect from date he relinquishes the charge of state Government.
Notification also said that order was passed relaxing the condition of three month prior notice under second provision of rule 16(2) of All India Service rules-1958. 
Another notification issued by the Adl CS said that he would be replaced by the 1987 batch IAS and Adl CS Ram Subhag Singhwho was holding the charge of Industries, Transport and employment in the Govt .
Adl CS R D Dhiman ( 1988 batch IAS) holding charge of Power and language, art and culture department to betook add charge of industries and labor and employment and  Similarly Adl CS Jagdish Chander( 1991 batch  IAS)secretary Excise, Taxation and Information Department would add charge of Transport , Managing Director Ropeways, Rapid Transport System Development Corporation  relieving Mr Subhag Singh from this  charge.
