After defeating invincible BJP, now HP new CM defeat Corona
Himachal Pradesh Chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu who recently elevated to CMO defeating invincible BJP in home turf of its national president Jagat Prakash Nadda defeated Corona infection as he came out from seven days mandatory quarantine at Himachal Sadan new Delhi. It has been stated earlier that Mr Sukhoo after taking oath of new CM wants to meet Prime minister Narendra Modi on December 19. Before going mandatory Covid testing he found positive. Mr Sukhu was scheduled to induct his new council of ministers and convened winter session of state legislative assembly have deferred assignments as he have to holed up at Himachal Pradesh Sadan from December 19 to December 25. Instead of meeting to Mr Modi, Sukhu paid tribute to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi at latter Memorial Museum in New Delhi. Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said on the occasion that the supreme sacrifice made by late Indira Gandhi for the integrity and unity of the country would always be remembered.
He said that Late smt. Gandhi has taken many unprecedented decisions as Prime Minister which gave a new direction to countries development. He said that late Indira Gandhi would always be remembered for her great personality and for the decisions taken in the interest of people of country. Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that Himachal was established as a state on the map of India only by Smt Gandhi. It was due to her decision that Himachal Pradesh has got proper direction towards the development. He said that the people of state would always remember former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi for providing full statehood to Himachal and fulfilling the long pending demand of the people of the state.On this occasion, he showed keen interest in the displayed items, photographs etc. related to former Prime Ministers Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and their family members at Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum and obtained detailed information in this regard. Wife of Chief Minister Kamlesh Thakur and party MLAs were present on the occasion. Later he returned Shimla and hold a meeting with state government financial and personnel Department officials to decide agenda for Old Pension Scheme to be listed in very first meeting of council of ministers. It has been stated that new Council of Minister is not constituted sofar and Chief minister has announced that it would took oath before Administration of oath to new members of Assembly in next Winter session scheduled to announce soon.
