Advance studies reduces cuts ticket rates for Indian nationals

Indian Institute of Higher Studies, Rashtrapati Niwas and erstwhile Viceregal Lodge have cut ticket rates for Indian nationals. Professor Nageshwar Rao, director of the institute, said that after the end of Corona, the ticket rates for different categories of Indian citizens have been reduced by re-reviewing the increase in the museum area ticket. Guided tour ticket rates for adult Indian citizens have been reduced from Rs 200 to Rs 100, while for students, children between 5 and 12 years, differently-abled and senior citizens above 60 years, the ticket fee has been reduced to Rs 50 from Rs100. The ticket for the same garden area has been kept at Rs.30. The ticket fee for foreign nationals has also been kept unchanged.

Professor Rao told that ticket rates have been increased after Corona to introduce more and more people to the architecture of the main building of the institute, historical events, current academic and research works, and national heritage and to provide convenience to the visiting tourists. It has been decided to reduce This will not only give a boost to tourism but will also facilitate Indian tourists who want to know about the historical events and current research work related to the Institute. These new ticket rates will be effective from 23 February 2023 (Thursday).
