AAP accuse HP CS patronaging Corruption, Seeks resignation

With heatwave Political milieu also sizzling in Himachal Pradesh as politician are training guns against each other, Aam Adami Party on Thursday charged the state top bureaucrat for patronaging Corruption and demanded Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur to tender resignation for covering the glaring issue. Addressing press conference here today the working AAP spokesperson S S Jogata stated that the fence itself is ingesting the crop the way unproductive Rs 2.50 Cr were washed in the drain and now no accountability is fixed. The erstwhile Additional Chief Secretary Forest Ramsubhag Singh who was rather elevated ad Chief Secretary by the Jai Ram Thakur Government by showing door to former Chief Secretary Anil Kumar Khachi an honest officer. Jogata who was trade unionist  recently plunged in AAP politics demanded Jai Ram Thakur Government to immediately place the CS under suspension recovering the wasteful expenditure tunnel to Rs 60 lakh from his pocket. He alleged that  a complaint against the Chief Secretary of the state, Ramsubhag Singh was made  by a right wing activists for patronizing corruption. He said that Prime Minister Office also forwarded said Complaint against Additional Chief Secretary (Forest) to Chief Minister’s Office. Jai Ram Thakur who hold unblemished public probity had not yet taken any  action on the Complaint. Mr Jogata told us that this complaint was made by Brij Lal, leader of Shiv Sena against Chief Secretary also went viral on social media, Copy of  complaint forwarded by PMO on September 8 2021.  It was sent on 20 September by Under Secretary Ved Jyoti to the Personnel and Training Secretary for appropriate action.  On October 13, Rupesh Kumar, Under Secretary of the Union Personnel Ministry addressed the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of HP  and recommended suitable action.  Since then this complaint was buried in the CMO itself, Mr Jogata stated in press conference. SS Jogata said that when Ram Subhag Singh was in charge of the Forest Department, an International Center was set up at Nagrota Bagwa in Kangra district.  According to the report of two IFS officers of the forest department and an executive engineer, many flaws were found in the construction of the building.  In which there is also a possibility of using substandard material, in which there is also an allegation of misappropriation of about 60 lakhs.  The building was declared unsafe by the inquiry committee.  When the complainant made his complaint to the Principal Secretary Vigilance, the Vigilance sent the said complaint to Ram Subhag Singh for action. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur defended CS on the issue by stating that such complaint are routine affairs should not taken seriously. Mr Jogata said that CMO till now didn’t done anything special on issue which is emphatically clear and warrant action. State Aam Aadmi Party also accused Ram Subhag Singh for defrauded the exchequer by buying expensive vehicle for his use surpassing Chief Minister languishing lifestyle. It seems that the entire government is giving full support to looting public money through corruption in this way, which the Aam Aadmi Party strongly opposes and demands that such people should be investigated by an independent agency outside and immediate action should be taken.  Action should have been taken and the transaction of the said money should have been compensated with interest from his pocket.  So that this debt-ridden state could be saved to some extent.   As a result, the present government is seen playing with the sentiments of the people and the government could not live up to it. AAP leader also accused Jai Ram Thakur Govt for backdoor recruitment of people by promoting private agencies and indulged in leakage of examination papers of competitive  including Police and University recruitment test.
