A year of failure and waiting : Randhir
senior BJP leader and in-charge of media department Randhir Sharma said, one year of failure and waiting. One year of the present Congress government was disappointing and in this one year the public saw many failures. In this government, every class did only the work of waiting, women got Rs 1500 per month, youth got jobs, farmers and gardeners got crops. Waited for fixing the price of cow dung and purchasing milk; even the ministers waited for their ministerial posts for a long time.
He said that there was delay in appointment of ministers, now delay in remaining appointments. It took one year for the present Congress government to form two ministers, yet one ministerial post is vacant. This vacancy of one post will increase the heartbeat of many leaders. He said that there are indications of a long wait for the appointments of chairmen in the coming times. But the appointments he made through CPS are still constitutional.
He said, 12 anti-people decisions in 12 months, this government has taken 1 anti-people decision every month in 12 months. Be it making diesel expensive, food grains expensive, tax on temples, firing people from outsourced jobs and many other types of decisions which caused problems to the public like troubling the public by increasing revenue-related fees etc.
Insensitive government, celebrations hurt public sentiments. In last one year, this government did not do anything that would give them the right to celebrate, but in the time of disaster, these people could not even take care of their people and despite that, celebrations were held. It seems that public sentiments have been hurt. At the time of the disaster, people who had lost their land have not yet received their land.
Government missionary misused, but leader missing from rally. To make its rally successful, the government misused the government machinery, HRTC and various departments were misused to gather crowds and even government employees were used. But the crowd did not gather in the rally but its senior leaders remained missing from the government rally, why Priyanka Gandhi did not come to the rally is still a big question.
During the rally, factionalism in the Congress party was also visible.
