A threat Intl message to spoil flag hoisting ceremony of HP CM on 15 th August

A threat International call was forwarded to state Journalists in the recorded message form around 1053 hrs on Friday allegedly making call to all prokhalistani and farmer group to join the farmer tractor protest to cordon with  Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while hoisting Tricolor on 15 th August.
This is correspondent along with number of others state journalists was attempted a call after 1053 hrs from different international numbersplaying the message in the recorded form. A clipping of message was recorded by some of journs or forwarded to state police and securityagency to alert them.
In 56 minutes long recorded message in mixed  English and Punjabi was heard in a male voice with following words .
” This message is to Himachal Government, on 15th of August we will allow the Jai Ram Thakur to hoist Indian Tricolour. Yai Saniha (message)Sikh for justice International council Gur Patwant Singh Panu Washington DC tai hai. Himachal Pradesh was part of Punjab and we are seeking a referendum in Punjab, once we liberate Punjab we would make suae that we would take over Himachal Pradesh area which are  part of Punjab I ask all  farmers and prokhalistani skihs to come out, bring their tractors and stall Jai Ram Thakur to hoisting Indian tricolour ”   
The state agencies are yet to react over the call made to state journalists and most of media persons who received the call already informed the state Media Shimla police whats-app group forwarding the recorded call on their mobile phones and detail of incoming calls.some of the media persons tried to make call back on the incoming number it could not be completed as the international number have blocked the all call.     
This is first such type of call to media person in the state of Himachal from any militant group however similar message keep on coming tomedia person in Punjab put they did not give much weight-age to such call.  

In response to alleged international call by prokhalistani outfit state police Spokesperson made following statement.
“We are receipt of pre-recorded message from pro Khalistani elements from overseas sent to some Journalists of Himachal Pradesh and siezed of the matter.” a short statement made of state police whatsapp group said 
HP police is fully capable of securing the State and preventing anti-national elements to thwart peace and security in HP in cooperation with Central security and intelligence agencies, spokesperson added.
