A New Chapter in Organizational Growth: Saloni Kaul Appointed as Director, FMA

The Faridabad Management Association (FMA) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at TAP-DC, bringing together an inspiring blend of corporate members, educationists, professionals, and FMA team members to reflect on past accomplishments and outline the roadmap for future initiatives.
The session began with a warm and gracious Welcome Note delivered by General Secretary Ms. Monica Anand, setting a positive and engaging tone for the meeting.
This was followed by the formal opening of the AGM and the adoption of accounts by Mr. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA, who provided a comprehensive overview of the organization’s financial and operational progress over the past year. Several key organizational updates were announced during this segment: Ms. Saloni Kaul will now also serve as Director, FMA, Ms. Sukhbir Kaur has been inducted into the Core FMA Team, Mr. Heeresh Girdhar has been nominated as Joint Secretary. These developments reflect FMA’s continued focus on structured growth, internal alignment, and effective communication.
FMA President Ms. Saloni Kaul then delivered an insightful address summarizing the Association’s journey in the 2024–2025 period. She highlighted pivotal initiatives, collaborative partnerships, and major milestones that contributed to FMA’s progress and visibility.
Following this, Senior Vice President Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra presented a compelling vision for the future, outlining upcoming plans centered on strategic alliances, greater member engagement, and innovative programs that will further elevate management practices within the region.
A brief yet impactful address by Rtn. J.P. Malhotra added further inspiration, reinforcing the Association’s dedication to leadership excellence and sustained advancement in the management domain.
The meeting concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mr. Thyagarajan, who acknowledged the invaluable support and participation of all members and stakeholders. Special appreciation was extended to Mr. J.P. Malhotra and the TAP-DC team for their generous hospitality in hosting the AGM.
The event was graced by a distinguished gathering of professionals, including Mr. K.P. Dhiman (Treasurer), Mr. Ravinder Singh, Mr. Heeresh Girdhar, and Ms. Sukhbir Kaur (Events & Membership Coordinator, FMA).
