A five-day training camp for the Robotics Lab was successfully organized at Matiana School

Under the STAR (Strengthening Teaching Learning and Result For States) project, a five-day training was given to school teachers in the robotics lab at Matiana in the Shimla district.

In this training, trainers Anurag Tiwari, Sonu Mishra, and Virendra from Schoolnet India Limited informed the teachers about Mechanical Manufacturing and Robotics Embedded Electronics Systems.

Giving information to the media, State Coordinator of Schoolnet India Limited in Himachal Pradesh, Sunny Sharma said that it is necessary to have technical education in modern India so that the students of India can set new dimensions and records in the field of innovation on the global stage.  This training was inaugurated by District Project Officer, Samagra Shiksha Shimla Shri Jai Dev Negi.  In this, he told the trainers the benefits of robotics lab and told how teachers can create creativity within the students after training in their school.  In this training camp, State Coordinator of Holistic Education Mrs. Varsha Sood also presented her views before the teachers and encouraged them to make maximum use of the robotics lab.

Sunny said that he said that in this five-day training camp, training was given on design thinking, product development ideas, and educational concepts.  After this training, trainee teachers will conduct robotics classes in their respective schools after summer vacation.

About forty teachers from different schools participated in this occasion.  It was a district-level training camp in the Shimla district.  Such training will be held in all the districts in the entire state.
