30th Jan to be observed as Martyr’s Day

A spokesperson of the state government informed here today that two minutes silence would be observed on 30th January, at 11 AM in all the government offices, educational institutions and public sector enterprises, to pay homage to the martyrs of India’s Freedom struggle throughout the state.

 He said that special talks and speeches on freedom struggle and on National integration will also be organised. He also urged the general public to observe the Martyr’s Day with due solemnity.
