20 centenarian voters in Solan district ready to ensure their participation strengthens democracy

District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Solan Manmohan Sharma said that the voters of Solan district will participate enthusiastically in the great festival of democracy during the Lok Sabha elections in 2024. 

Especially in the district, 20 voters who have crossed the age of centenarians are also ready to ensure their participation in strengthening democracy.

Manmohan Sharma said that these voters above 100 years of age in the district are a source of inspiration for everyone. 

He said that among these centenarian voters, 101-year-old Gunputhu from the 108-Samlech booth of the 50-Arki assembly constituency, 100-year-old Draupadi Devi from 117-Namhole, 102-year-old Kundu Ram from 109-Vikrampur (Dumahar -I ) and 105- 101-year-old Radha Ram from Panjaili will cast his vote in the Lok Sabha elections-2024.

District Election Officer said that 100-year-old Ganga Dei from 16-Kundlu booth of 51-Nalagarh assembly constituency, 103-year-old Devi Chand from 33-Baglehar, 101-year-old Amar Dei from 54-Panjahara-2, 80-Ward number 4.

 104-year-old Geeta Devi from (Mian Sahib Wala), 101-year-old Lilavati from 88-Datowal-3, 104-year-old Kartar Kaur from 106-Dabhota -II and 104-year-old Sharif Khan from 109-Ratayor-2 in Lok Sabha elections-2024. Will use your vote.

Similarly, 104-year-old Bhagti from booth 64-Bhagbanalaya of 52-Doon assembly constituency, 104 year old Puran Dei from 76-Malpur and 104-year-old Gur Dei from 99-Kalambawala will cast their vote in the Lok Sabha elections-2024.

He said that 100-year-old Shiv Ram from booth 34-Kalhog of 53-Solan (SC) assembly constituency, 105-year-old Dalia from 35-Basha and 101-year-old Meena Devi from 57-Kotla will cast their votes.

He told that 100 year old Ratan Singh of 49-Barag booth of 54-Kasauli (SC) assembly constituency, 100 year old B.R. of 59-Baroti-3. Kapoor and 101-year-old Charanjit Singh of 64-Baroti-5 will cast their votes in the Lok Sabha elections.

Manmohan Sharma said that under the well-organized Voter Awareness and Education Program (SWEEP) in the district, all voters are being motivated to vote in maximum numbers. 

He urged that all eligible voters should give their active cooperation in strengthening democracy through voting.
