SW Monsoon wreak havoc in HP, roads shops and vehicles washed away

South West Monsoon System wreaked havoc in the state as very heavy rain lashed some parts of Dharmshala, Meclordganj, Bhagsunag, Shahpur and parts of Shimla district.
Many vehicles parked at Bhagsunag washed away and burried in the muck as very heavy rain lashed high reaches. The high-speed flood and flash flood wreaked havoc in the Bhagsunag market and four taxies washed in the flashflood and latter strucked in muck.
The Water level of a rivlut rises above the danger mark  at Chauntra area of Dharmshala washing down four to five shops on the bank of river. A portion of highway also damaged by the flash flood and rising of water level.
Report of very heavy rain also pouring in from Shahpur area of Kangra district and other places where loss of properties have been occurred. 
Deputy commissioner Kangra Mr Nipun Jindal issued emergency alert warning the  People to adopt precautions as very heavy rainfall would further create flood like situation in the district for next three to four days.
He said that heavy rain and inclement weather could snap the power, telephone and other communications services in next two days.
State administration  has advised the Tourist and local people to not venture out from their residence and hotels without verifying the condition of roads and flood situation.
DM said that all the official should sounds high alert in their respective areas and rescue team should be ready to save the lives and avert the loss to property after ensuring 24×7 services during the inclement weather.
The very heavy rainfall blocked National, state and onther link road in the state disrupting vehicular traffic. Hindustan Tibet National Highway remained off for couple of hours this morning at Jakhari near the border of Shimla and Kinnaur district.
The landslides also blocked the link roads in the Shimla district disrupting movement of comuters and stranding vehicles on the roads.
Report arriving from other districts of state also said that heavy rain fall  Normal life has been upset due to heavy rain in lower hill areas of Himachal pradesh due to monsoon rains. Hamirpur district has affected.
