Cleanliness drive will be conducted in all villages of Janedghat Panchayat

A cleanliness drive was launched in Janedghat Gram Panchayat on Friday. As part of the drive, Gram Panchayat Pradhan Suchita Anand, Panchayat Secretary Rajiv Thakur, Rambhaj, Reena, Sudesh, Shivdutt, and other Panchayat officials and employees conducted a cleanliness drive in Jeetnagar market. Garbage accumulated at various public places, including ponds, stepwells, and the Shani Temple complex, was collected and disposed of appropriately.
Panchayat Secretary Rajiv Thakur stated that the cleanliness campaign will continue until October 2nd. He added that the cleanliness drive will be carried out in phases in all the villages of the Panchayat. During the campaign, along with cutting down bushes that have grown along the roads due to the rains, polythene and other garbage lying on the roads and public places will also be removed.
He said that continuous efforts are being made at the Panchayat level to keep the Panchayat area clean and tidy. The participation of local people is also essential for this. He appealed to the Panchayat residents to actively cooperate in the campaign and not to throw garbage in public places.
