Scout Scarf Day was celebrated with enthusiasm in Degree College Chail-Koti

The Rover and Ranger units of Government College, Chail-Koti, celebrated Scout Scarf Day with enthusiasm and excitement. The program aimed to educate students about the traditions and values ​​of scouting and the importance of the Scout scarf.
On this occasion, new Rover and Ranger members were given practical training on how to properly fold, wear, and tie the Scout scarf. They were also provided with detailed information about the symbolic significance of the Scout scarf and its role in the Scout movement.
College Principal Dr. Deep Shikha also participated in the program wearing a Scout scarf. Praising the efforts of the Rover and Ranger units, she said that Scouting develops discipline, service, leadership skills, and a sense of social responsibility in students. She urged students to embrace these values ​​and be always ready to serve society.
During the program, students expressed their commitment to the ideals and rules of Scouting. The program concluded with a pledge to follow Scout rules and work for the benefit of society.
