Governor Gupta pays obeisance at Baijnath Temple in Kangra

Governor Kavinder Gupta today paid obeisance at the ancient Baijnath Temple, in Kangra district. He prayed for the peace, prosperity and well-being of all people of the state and the nation.

The Governor expressed deep respect towards the spiritual importance of the temple and said that Baijnath Temple is a true symbol of the strong faith and rich cultural heritage of Dev Bhoomi Himachal Pradesh. He said the peaceful and divine atmosphere of the temple gives every devotee a feeling of inner peace and inspiration.

Sh. Gupta said that the ancient temples of Himachal Pradesh are not only places of worship, but also important symbols of India’s rich civilization, cultural values and spiritual traditions that have inspired generations for centuries.

He also reiterated his commitment to protect and promote the state’s cultural and religious heritage. He expressed confidence that the blessings of Lord Shiva would continue to guide Himachal Pradesh towards progress, unity and inclusive development.
