Inauguration of ‘Bhagwanti Devi Hostel’ in Goilkera, Ranchi is an emotional and proud moment of my life: Bindal

It is a matter of great satisfaction that a hostel for 200 children has been built on the same tribal land where the service work was started four decades ago.

BJP State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal expressed his deep emotion at the inauguration of the “Bhagwanti Devi Hostel” for 200 students in Goilkera, Ranchi district, Jharkhand. He said this moment was one of the most proud and satisfying moments of his life, as the hostel was named after his revered mother, the late Mrs. Bhagwanti Devi.

Dr. Bindal said that being present on this occasion was not just a program, but a reliving of four decades of memories. He said that he respectfully salutes the land of Lord Birsa Munda, as this is the sacred land where he had the privilege of serving the tribal community nearly 40 years ago.

He explained that at that time, he had begun working among the tribal community in this area through medical services and other service projects of the Kalyan Ashram. Despite difficult circumstances, limited resources, and unfamiliar surroundings, the opportunity to serve the tribal community was an invaluable experience in his life. He said that today, the construction of a hostel for 200 children on the same land is a deeply emotional and satisfying moment for him.

Dr. Bindal said that this hostel is not just a building, but a living symbol of service, dedication, and a sense of responsibility to society. The tribal children living here will shape their lives through education and play a vital role in nation-building.

On this occasion, he paid homage to Baba Saheb Deshpande, founder of the Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, and said that with his guidance and determination, numerous service projects were launched across the country for the upliftment of the tribal community. He also paid his respectful homage to the second Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the most revered Shri Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar ‘Guruji’, whose inspiration led to the establishment of the Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram and the launch of this extensive campaign of service work.

Dr. Bindal said that on this historic occasion, he was especially reminded of his revered father and mother. He said that it was his parents’ values and blessings that inspired him to serve society.

In the end, he bowed down to his revered father and mother and said that this spirit of social service is the biggest asset of his life and it is his resolve to continue working for the nation and society with the same spirit in the future as well.
