Himachal Pradesh University Goes Digital: Students Can Access Marksheets Online
Students at Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) no longer need to wait in long lines or make repeated trips to university offices for their marksheets and certificates. Acting on directions from the Ministry of Education, the university has uploaded academic records from 2021 to 2024 on the DigiLocker NAD portal, giving students easy access to their documents from anywhere.

- Over 1.10 lakh students across the main campus, regional centres, and affiliated colleges will benefit.

Apaar ID Requirement
As part of the National Education Policy, students must generate an Apaar ID, a unique academic identifier that links all educational documents. The process is straightforward:
- Log in using Aadhaar
- Verify identity with an OTP sent to the mobile number
- Receive the Apaar ID automatically
