Students organised an awareness rally in Koti on World AIDS Day

On the occasion of World AIDS Day, students of Government Degree College, Chail Koti, organized an awareness rally. The rally began at the college, passed through Koti Bazaar, and concluded back at the college campus. All students wore red ribbons and spread awareness about AIDS through posters. During the rally, Aditi, a second-year BA student at the college, informed the audience in Koti Bazaar about key issues related to HIV AIDS. Aditi highlighted the causes of HIV infection, its treatment, social attitudes, and government-provided services. She appealed to the public for their cooperation in making Himachal and India AIDS-free. The rally was attended by the college’s nodal officer, Dr. Bobija, and other staff members. College Principal, Dr. Deepshikha Bhardwaj, encouraged all students to actively participate in similar awareness campaigns in the future.
