Narendra Thagata became the head and Rakesh Mehta became the general secretary

The meeting of Shimla District Health Department Class IV Employees Union was held in the auditorium of IGMC Dental College under the chairmanship of State Executive President Rakesh Sharma. In which a new executive committee of Shimla District Class IV Employees Union was formed. In which Narendra Thagta was given the responsibility of President, Tikam Chand as Senior Vice President and Rakesh Mehta as General Secretary. While Ishra, Beena, Anil and Narendra were nominated as Vice Presidents of the Union. Sanjay was made Joint Secretary, Naresh Kalsaik as Treasurer and Sanjeev as Organization Secretary. Apart from this, Shiv Nath Sharma and Baldev were made the Vice Advisors of the organization.
