Rahul Gandhi is with Himachal in the disaster – Rs 5 crore aid, an example of sensitivity: Rajiv Rana

Himachal Pradesh is facing an unprecedented natural disaster these days. In this difficult time, providing relief amount of Rs 5 crore to the state by senior Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi is not just financial help, but a symbol of his deep sensitivity, commitment and emotional attachment towards Himachal.

This was stated by Shri Rajiv Rana, Chairman of Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (KKC) Himachal Pradesh, in a press conference today. He said, “When the entire state is struggling with the pain of the disaster, this contribution of Rahul Gandhi has brought a feeling of strength and confidence to every Himachal resident.”

“It is not just an amount, it is a message – that the Congress party stands with the people in every crisis,” he said.

Rajiv Rana also praised the disaster management efforts of the state Chief Minister Mr. Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. He said, “Chief Minister Sukhu ji visited every affected area and shared the grief of the people and kept the administrative machinery active. This coordination between the national and state leadership reflects the grassroots thinking and service spirit of the Congress Party.”

Mr Rana expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Mr Rahul Gandhi on behalf of the people of Himachal Pradesh and said that every Congress worker will remain fully engaged in the work of service, relief and rehabilitation in this challenging time.
