Maa Shyamala Welfare Society distributed free food to tuberculosis patients
On Friday, nutritious food was distributed to 45 tuberculosis patients at the Primary Health Center Sanjauli, courtesy of Maa Shyamala Welfare Society. Society President Kusum Sadrate said that the organization has adopted people suffering from TB under the public participation program, who will be provided nutritious food from time to time for the next 6 months. She said that taking nutritious food increases the immunity of the patients.
Anmolraj Koondel, senior treatment supervisor of the tuberculosis section of IGMC, said that providing free nutritious food to TB patients by the society is not only a noble deed but also a compassion towards the suffering people and a true social service. He thanked the officials of Maa Shyamala Welfare Society for this favor. CMO Yashpal Ranta was also present on this occasion.
