General meeting of Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Bank concluded

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukku ji, record breaking profits were earned and all previous losses were eliminated.

Today, the general meeting of Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Bank was held in which the participating members of the bank from different parts of the state participated and which was chaired by the Chairman of the Bank, Sanjay Singh Chauhan. During this, the shareholders were apprised of the various achievements of the bank last year. Apart from this, many issues were discussed in the general meeting of the bank. The account of profit and loss during the year ended on 31 March 2024 was also approved. The income statement of the year 2023-24 was presented before the general meeting for approval and the proposed income statement of the financial year 25-26 was presented for consideration and approval. The Chairman of the Bank informed the shareholders that the bank brought the bank to a profitable position by eliminating its entire accumulated loss. For this, Sanjay Chauhan thanked the guidance of the Honorable Chief Minister and all the employees and the Board of Directors and told that this is a matter of pride for the Board of Directors and employees of the entire bank. Sanjay Singh Chauhan also informed the gathering about this and thanked the Hon’ble Chief Minister in which he has talked about giving concession in the budget on agricultural loan. He said that in the coming time, under the guidance of Hon’ble Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu ji, the bank will progress further and will stand in the queue of the leading banks of the state and in the coming time, it will reach its schemes to the last and poor farmers of the society. During this time, many decisions were also taken in the general meeting in the interest of the employees.
